Refunds


Refunds can only be given for products that have not been used or opened within 15 days of purchase. Original receipt is required and unit can only be returned to store in which it was purchased. *There is a 10% re-stocking fee for online returns.  SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

ALL MERCHANDISE AND BOXES LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE IN GOOD CONDITION. IF YOU NOTICE ANY OF YOUR BOXES DAMAGED, OPENED, OR RE-TAPED UPON DELIVERY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR DELIVERY PERSON ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING DAMAGED GOODS. TARIK ROSIN ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-CONCEALED DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CANNOT REPLACE OR GIVE CREDIT FOR THE SAME.

ANY CONCEALED SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO YOUR SALES REP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. DAMAGED ITEMS SHOULD BE RETAINED SO WE MAY ISSUE A “CALL” TAG FOR RETURN TO OUR WEARHOUSE AND TARIK ROSIN WILL ISSUE EITHER A CREDIT FOR OR A REPLACEMENT OF ALL DAMAGED ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. CREDIT FOR OR REPLACEMENT OF GOODS HAVING CONCEALED DAMAGE SHALL ONLY OCCUR UPON RECEIPT OF SAID GOODS BY TARIK ROSIN

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING. RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING

ANY RETURN OF GOODS BEYOND 15 DAYS FROM THEIR DATE OF PURCHASE WILL BE REJECTED.
